What we collect
MaterialScanner may process the material lists, delivery postcode, contact details and supplier information you choose to submit. The pilot does not require an account.
How we use information
Information is used to interpret lists, prepare baskets, obtain supplier quotes, improve matching and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Retailer links, email software, website hosting and analytics may process information under their own privacy terms. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information in a material list.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the pilot, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@materialscanner.co.uk.
